Where You Always Find a Sweet Deal!
Nate and Aimee Spaulding started The Honey Hole by selling Amazon pallets from their garage in 2018. They quickly learned the advantages of providing local consumers with quality products priced under retail value and opened a storefront in the Avery Shopping Complex in Milan, OH in 2019. This allowed Nate and Aimee to expand their inventory to other big box stores to offer furniture, clothes, appliances, and home goods to their customers at more affordable prices than retail. At the end of 2021, they had out-grown their first storefront and moved to the other end of the Avery Complex into a bigger unit that also offered a warehouse space to store even more inventory. They brought in the 2022 new year with a new (current) location and have continued to grow the variety of products being offered while maintaining prices that are around half of retail value.
Nate and Aimee can often be found in their store helping the employees process inventory, rearrange products on the sales floor, or unload new truck loads. They have 4 children who often come to work with them as well, the older boys helping where they are able.

Products
The Honey Hole receives their products from multiple large retail stores, such as Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Target, as well as from online retail stores such as Amazon, Wayfair, and Abbyson. Having a large variety of sources allows for a wide range in types of products that are offered in their store, including furniture, appliances, food, toys, books, clothes, shoes, home improvement, bedding, and more. The products are typically overstock, customer returns, or scratch and dent appliances, allowing The Honey Hole to price them around half of retail value for their customers.
Rewards Program
The Honey Hole offers Sweet Deals on their products, often at around half of retail value, but these Sweet Deals are made even sweeter with a FREE Rewards Program offered to all Honeybees that visit the store!
Signing up for this Rewards Program is simple, only a name and phone number are required and will be provided to the Worker Bee at checkout. Once the account has been set up, 1 Reward Point is earned per $1 spent in-store before tax. For each 100 Rewards Points earned, a $10 credit is applied to the account that can be applied to a future transaction. Rewards Points are redeemed in $10 and 100 point increments, meaning 50 points cannot be redeemed for $5 off a purchase. Any points earned on the account are redeemable for up to 1 year after the date they were earned.
As an example of how this program works, if a Honeybee were to purchase a French-Door Refrigerator from The Honey Hole today for $800, a credit of 800 points, meaning $80, would be applied to their account. This Honeybee could use part or all of the available $80 toward a transaction as early as tomorrow!
Progressive Leasing
Cash and Credit/Debit Card transactions are accepted at The Honey Hole, but there is also a Lease-to-Own option offered through Progressive Leasing that may benefit Honeybees for larger purchases. The application and approval process for this leasing option is quick, simple, and can be completed while still browsing the store for more Sweet Deals. To apply, customers only need to text “THH” to #57597, no previous credit required! Once the Honeybee has been approved, the transaction to purchase an item for lease can be completed as if it was being purchased with cash.
After the transaction with The Honey Hole has been completed, the customer will continue to work with Progressive Leasing to set up payment amounts and dates. An item purchased through the Progressive Leasing Lease-to-Own option can be taken home immediately, there is no waiting period!
Delivery
When purchasing large items from The Honey Hole, customers have 2 options if they are unable to transport their item from the store immediately.
The first option is to pick up their item(s) at a later time or date. A grace period of 2 business days is given to all Honeybees in order to return to the store for their purchased items. If the Honeybee fails to pick up their item(s) within the given 2 business days, there will be an added Storage Fee of $5 per day.
The second option for customers is to add delivery to their purchase. The Honey Hole offers delivery for customers within a 25-mile radius of the store for a price of $69.99 that will be added to the price of any item(s) being purchased. If a customer lives slightly outside of that 25-mile radius, a $2 per mile charge can be added for up to an additional 10 miles. Delivery is unavailable to customers further than 35 miles from the store.
Return Policy
A 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is offered for all appliances purchased through The Honey Hole. Appliances are either customer returns or new scratch and dent, and are all tested to ensure proper operation. A blue dot sticker on an appliance indicates there is an available Manufacturer’s Warranty for that particular item. If an appliance is not marked with a blue dot sticker, a Manufacturer’s Warranty is not guaranteed, but may still be available. The Honey Hole strongly recommends customers try to register all appliances purchased with the manufacturer for an extended warranty. This 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee also applies to small kitchen appliances, such as microwaves.
Returns are not accepted for any other merchandise from The Honey Hole.
